What bones should i use for prayer

They are both really fast XP per hour, and quite cheap in comparison to the ones that give you more XP per hour. If you not willing to spend at least on Prayer, I would advise to not use this method because reanimation of Ensouled Heads provides very good XP rates in comparison to these and it is way cheaper. Onto the method for the Gilded Altar , the best place to train is at the Rimmington Portal. You will need to bring noted bones and coins to World , find a house , and then you can use approximately bones on a Gilded Altar per hour doing to base training method, depending how focused you are.

But, there is another method of using the bones on the altar. As soon as one of them is consumed, if you use another one on the altar, it can actually get way more XP per hour.

This is because it uses 2 bones in almost the space that you would use one. Obviously, this is going to be a lot more click intensive. But, it does actually give a huge boost in XP rates. Ectofuntus: Best for Low Level Ironmen. Moving on to the next method, which is mainly directed for Ironmen , and that is the Ectofuntus. So, it is pretty cost effective. But, the XP rates are nowhere near as good as a Gilded Altar.

Ectofuntus Recommendations. I am going to show you guys the method when I used when I trained on my Hardcore Ironman. The first step is to buy Buckets of Slime from the Charter crew member at Port Phasmatys and keep hopping worlds until you have enough to cover the amount of bones that you have. Teleport to the Ectofuntus and worship the middle fountain , bank the same as before using the Rings of Duelling or you can actually use the Ecto tokens that you get from this step to walk to Port Phasmatys bank and keep banking there. So, this method is only really recommended for Ironmen that do not have access to an altar yet.

Ensouled Heads. Now, the final method is Reanimation of Ensouled Heads. Ensouled Heads: Requirements. In order to be able to do this method, you need to have at least level 3 Magic.

But, you do need a way higher Magic level if you want to do more training methods. Level 3 only gives you access to Ensouled Goblin Heads. You will also want to have decent Combat stats — maybe 60 in all of them at least to kill the Reanimated monsters. Ensouled Heads: Items Needed. Now, the items you will need to be able to reanimate are Ensouled Heads — I will talk about the prices and which one to pick shortly.

You will need the Dramen or Lunar Staff to use Fairy Rings , and you will also need to have started Fairy Tale Part 2 to be able to do this really effectively. You will need a Rune Pouch to hold the Runes that you use to cast the spell, and of course Combat Gear and food if you are a low level.

Now, when you cast Reanimate on an Ensouled Head , you have to be near the Dark Altar , and there are a few ways that you can get to the Dark Altar. The fastest way to get to the chaos altar is using the Burning amulet which lets you teleport to the lava maze, right next to the chaos temple as shown on the picture. You should wear armor that is high in Magic defense like dragonhide and a level 30 teleportation item such as a combat bracelet, a ring of wealth, etc. You should also make space in your inventory for food, super restores and saradomin brews.

A stamina potion is also recommended so you can outrun your pkers. You should pray mage at all times, just in case a pker logs in. High risk, high reward. With this method, you will be risking both cash and noted bones but you will see the best prayer experience in the game.

Once you run out of bones simply run to level 30 wilderness and teleport out using your ring of wealth, bank at the grand exchange and repeat. Doing this method, you have to accept that you will run into pkers, a lot. Like I mentioned previously, you need to have protect from mage on at all times.

This, alongside with your magic defense bonus, will increase the chance of your opponents splashing on you so you can run towards level 30 wilderness and use your ring of wealth to teleport out.
