After all of the Geth are destroyed, Legion will present two options of what to do with the virus: the Paragon choice is to rewrite them, the Renegade one to outright destroy them.

By MatronAdena - Sun Jan 31, pm. I don't think the choice to save the geth or wipe them out effects his loyalty much if at all. I know a " wrong" choice sometimes can effect loyalties with the others so Im gonna have to assume it's that.

You have to have the loyalty of both, and save the Admiral and destroy the Geth server in ME3 and then pull a renegade or paragon during their confrontation. In the United States Navy, Lt.
