What is the difference between marshalls and winners

I'd understand if they had some different stuff,but all the clothing,all the bath and perfemes, all the accessories,shoes -they were all the same. Yeah, they're owned by the same company TJX Companies. Winner's is Canadian and Marshall's is American. At least Best Buy and Future try to look different from each other opposed to this concept.

I honestly can see Marshall's failing and Winners back to where they started all by themselves. Tons of things for sale!
